Passenger Assistant Training Scheme

On Friday 4 April we held a Passenger Assistant Training Scheme Module A which is an overarching course covering the role and includes:
• Passenger awareness and assistance
• Assisting passengers who travel in wheelchairs
• Supervising children and young people with special needs
• Working with adults who need care and supervision
