How do I join the car share scheme?
If you call the office on 01653 699059 or email post@ryedalect.org we will send out an application pack, just fill in the details and return it that’s about all there is to it. We do ask clients to donate a yearly sum towards the running of the scheme, like all charities we operate not for profit and all the donations we receive make sure the scheme runs smoothly and efficiently.
How do I apply for a moped?
It’s easy, follow the link on the website and complete the online application form, the page will explain how the scheme works, what the costs are and what you need to do to get up and running on your moped. Learn more by clicking here
What hours is the car scheme booking desk open?
The car scheme booking desk is staffed between 0930hrs and 1430hrs Monday to Friday, calls outside of these hours are managed via the answer phone system. Please remember that we generally ask for at least 48hrs notice or more for journey bookings.
How do I make a donation?
You will find the donate button on this website in the main navigation and you can visit the donate page. You can donate online and also make donations or payment over the phone on 01653 699059 direct to the office by debit or credit card. And of course we are also happy to receive cheques or bank transfers as donations.
