Visit of Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant

Ryedale Community Transport had some VIP visitors today.

 We were delighted to welcome the Lord Lieutenant of North Yorkshire Mrs Johanna Ropner and her deputy Chris Legard.

Their visit was an opportunity for our team to showcase the variety of transport options and services we offer to our community. It also included a tour of our offices and depot, a demonstration of our newest accessible vehicles on fleet and was followed by afternoon tea during which our Trustees, volunteers and staff got a chance to chat and mingle with our VIP visitors.
