Time to dust off your bucket and spade and dig out the sun cream as the Shopper bus is heading to the seaside! July sees us visit two of the icons of the Yorkshire coast – Whitby and Bridlington.
Whitby is one of the most popular resorts in Yorkshire. Watch out for Dracula as you climb the 199 steps to the famous Whitby Abbey and don’t forget to have lunch in one of Whitby’s many award-winning fish ‘n’ chip shops.
Up-and-coming Bridlington was used as one of the main filming locations for the last year’s smash-hit remake of Dad’s Army. With an abundance of shops and attractions, we’re sure Bridlington will prove to be a popular day out so please book your seat now before they all go.
13th July – Whitby – £5.00 per person
27th July – Bridlington – £6.00 per person
For those who have never used the Shopper before: we pick up from a range of convenient locations in Pickering in the morning and take you to the shopping destination. We usually leave the destination at around 2 o’clock although that does depend on whereabouts the destination is.
Passengers are then dropped off at their home address and fares are paid direct to the driver.
If you would like to book a seat on one of our trips or find out more information then please call (01653) 698888.
